Mothering is hard, it's messy, it's triggering ... but it's also a portal for awakening and unshakeable empowerment, if we're ready.

These monthly circles are for all who identify with the Mother archetype and who are ready to peek behind the mask of motherhood to see the jewel that is there.

Each circle includes a meditation, en equal chance to share and be heard, an educational/journal topic pertaining to Matrescence and embodied movement.
