Women's bodies move through may seasons - cyclical, hormonal, emotional and physical. This offering is designed to support you through these transitions with care that is attuned, responsive and deeply respectful of your lived experience.
Sessions focus on easing tension, supporting hormonal and nervous system balance, and creating space for your body to settle and integrate. Treatments are individualized, guided by what you are experiencing in this moment, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Care is trauma-informed and paced slowly, with ongoing communication and consent throughout sessions. You are invited to rest, pause or adjust at any point. the intention is to create a sense of safety and ease so your body can soften and respond in its own time.
This care is supportive during times of change, healing or when you simply need a place to land - whether you are navigating chronic symptoms or seeking ongoing support with nervous system regulation.
