Pregnancy is a time of continuous change - pysically, hormonally, emotionally and neurologically. This offering is designed to support your body as it adapts, softens and carries new life.
Sessions focus on comfort, circulation and nervous system regulation while honouring the unique needs of your pregnancy. Care is always individualized with positioning, pressure and pacing adujusted to meet you exactly where you are.
Treatment is gentle, grounding and trauma-informed. You are fully supported with bolsters and positioning to ensure safety and ease throughout the session. Communication and consent are ongoing and you are always welcome to change position, pause or rest.
This care can be supportive at any stage of pregnancy and may be especially nourishing during times of rapid change, preparation for birth, or when the body is holding more than it needs to.

This is not about "fixing" your body. It's about creating space, comfort and trust - so your body can do what it already knows how to do.

The postpartum period is a profound time of physical healing, emotional transition, and nervous system recalibration. This offering is designed to gently support you as your body integrates birth, pregnancy and parenthood.
​Sessions focus on restoring comfort, easing tension, and creating a sense of safety and containment. Care is always individualized and responsive - honouring where you are each day, rather than following a fixed protocol.
​Treatment is slow, intentional and grounded in trauma-informed principles. You are welcome to pause, adjust or rest at any point. Communication and consent are woven throughout the session.
This care is suitable from the early postpartum weeks through the first year and beyond - whenever your body is ready for support. ​​
