Meet your Facilitators

Kelsey and Briana have both embodied motherhood in a truly intuitive, primal way that can't be learned from reading books and taking courses. Briana is a mother of 2 and Kelsey is a mother of 1 with another on the way. These 2 facilitators draw from their rich personal and professional experience to offer you an unforgettable, transformational experience where you get to claim your sovereignty as Mother.

Dawn B

Kelsey offers a sacred experience. I cherish the time I get to be under her healing hands, in the presence of her calm energy and genuine care for my whole person. I highly recommend her to be added to your team of supportive, healing humans.

Shelby W

I am so grateful for Briana. I feel so held in her presence.

Violeta M

I always feel so taken care of with Briana

Gabby R

Kelsey facilitated the most wonderful blessing circle for my baby shower. I couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful, sacred or personal. At a time when I was feeling vulnerable, exhausted and very pregnant, she took every ounce of pressure off of me. The circle helped me feel not only connected to my new journey to motherhood but also to the community of amazing people who will be alongside me for this ride.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why a day retreat?

A: Many connection points throughout pregnancy are somewhat transactional. We arrive, we experience, we leave. The intention behind spending a whole day together is to receive the time to form true connections with each other, so that maybe you leave with a web of mama-sisters whom you can call on to do this alongside one another not just during pregnancy but throughout your mothering years as well.

Q: Do I need to have any experience with retreats, yoga or somatics to join?

A: No. We've designed this day to be accessible to all levels of experience.

Q: How do I know if I'll belong?

A: The identity shift that comes with motherhood begins in pregnancy. It's normal to not know which circles you fit in anymore. This is an inclusive space. We make space for soul connection, underneath all of our individual ways of self-expression. Simply put, if you have a womb and you're carrying a child, you belong here.
